NEW communication process for September 2013

The Academy Contact information process is below:

  1. Email your comments/feedback or request for a meeting directly to the Academy email address:contactus@offasmeadacademy.org

 

  1. Attend the monthly drop in session at the Academy as per the above information – date and time to be confirmedplease check our website for details: www.offasmeadacademy.org

 

  1. In the first instance contact your child’s/children’s Teacher – discussion, followed by action points if appropriate.

 

  1. Following a discussion with the class teacher, if a further discussion is required and relates to your child’s special educational needs or abilities then contact the Academy SENcO – followed by action points if appropriate.

 

  1. At this point a meeting can be requested with a member of the Senior Leadship Team.

 

  1. Should you require daily discussions/meetings with your child’s class teacher we will set up a daily communication book. This will enable a clear stream of communication between home and our Academy, which is an effective form of consistent communication.

 

  1. The final stage will be to arrange a meeting with the Headteacher.
